Damon is the BEST! He is more than a realtor. More than willing to work with YOUR schedule. If you plan on doing work on the house once purchased he has more than enough contacts with contractors, landscapers, plumbers, literally anything you will ever need. If you feel like the price of the job isn’t worth it he has another phone number for you! We are currently renovating our house and he still stays in contact with us asking for updates and loves to see the progress! Like I said Damon is more than a realtor, very professional and friendly! From the moment we met Damon he was professional, prompt and persistent. We met him at a home loan class in September and he continues to keep in contact with us through March, when we were ready to buy a home. He was always available to meet with us to answer any questions and never pressured us to get into the process of buying a home until we knew we were ready to do so. I really appreciated that he went at our pace. One day in March I called Damon and told him it was finally time for us to start the loan process and go look at some houses. Damon showed us so many homes in the 6- 7 weeks that we were looking I lost count. He was always happy to meet us and walk through every home we were interested in until we were finally able to narrow down exactly what we wanted. Despite losing out on a couple homes that we wanted, Damon always reassured us that there were more home out there and we would find the right one for us. Of course he was right, we found the perfect home and just moved in last night. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about how great of a realtor Damon is. He’s a great person in and out and we are so thankful for the time, gifts and commitment he had to us and our process.
